Work Legion - we provide stable teams
of legally employed workers

We are Work Legion and we specialize in employee outsourcing. What does that mean? We acquire, recruit, and employ the best workers from the eastern border – primarily from Ukraine and other countries such as Belarus, Armenia, Moldova, and Georgia.

We carry out procedures related to employment, appoint coordinators for employees, provide full HR support, and, most importantly, complete all formalities related to the full legalization of employees. All this is to ensure that employed individuals can perform their duties legally and that processes in the company run smoothly. We take care of all official matters so that your company can focus on implementing employees into new responsibilities.

Why so much commitment in us?

It is extremely important for us to maintain a balance between the needs of your company and the needs of workers from the East. Thanks to this, we create stable teams of legally employed individuals who are loyal to the company.

Examples of stable teams
in various industries

We can boast real evidence that the teams we create are stable, and employees appreciate long-term employment. Here are some examples:

A client from the furniture industry entrusted us with acquiring 15 workers. Today, there are already about 60 people employed by Work Legion in his company. Half of them have been with the company for nearly a year.

A Work Legion client from the construction industry entrusted us with employing 5 people. Now there are already 11 people employed by us in his company. All of them have been employed for over 10 months.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions at WorkLegion:

We offer only legal employment under a commission contract.

If a foreigner has a title for legal residence in Poland, for example, a valid visa or residence permit (not temporary protection), they can be employed based on notification, a statement of entrusting work to a foreigner, or a work permit for a foreigner.

The regulation states that the costs of this procedure are borne exclusively by the entity entrusting the work, namely, the employer.

An employer employing a foreigner is obliged to pay social insurance contributions for them. The amount of the contribution is calculated according to the same principles as for Poles.

We help all our employees interested in obtaining a residence permit in preparing all necessary documents and monitor the process until the card is obtained.

In order to obtain a temporary residence and work permit, a foreigner is obliged to submit an application for the grant of a temporary residence and work permit in person or electronically no later than on the last day of legal stay in the territory of Poland to the Voivode competent due to the place of their stay. When submitting an application, the foreigner will be asked to submit fingerprints and present the original of a valid travel document (passport). A temporary residence permit is granted for a period from 3 months to 3 years, with the possibility of applying for an extension of the temporary residence and work permit.

A decision on granting a foreigner a temporary residence permit is made within 60 days, but in each case, it may be extended.
